Beograd Filter was a mass-market brand in the lower to mid-price range, intended for wide consumption throughout the SFRY. Though less prestigious than Drina, it was extremely widespread and recognizable thanks to its name and classic design. Being named after the capital gave it an air of formality and a connection to the broader Yugoslav identity.
